1. Purpose & Scope

Operational scope of the application.

The Relay application is a private enterprise tool built for authorized organization personnel. It facilitates the automated synchronization of operational alerts and system notifications with secure enterprise infrastructure.

The application is intended solely for internal organizational use.

2. Permissions & Data Access

Device permissions utilized to deliver core functionality.

SMS Broadcast Processing android.permission.RECEIVE_SMS

Monitors incoming notifications on enrolled devices. Messages matching configured organizational criteria are processed and forwarded. Unmatched notifications are discarded immediately on the device.

Device & SIM State android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE

Used on multi-SIM devices to detect active lines and allow isolating processing to a selected SIM card.

Encrypted Transport android.permission.INTERNET

Used to establish secure TLS connections to company endpoints.

3. Data Protection & Security

Security safeguards applied to all processed information.

All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS protocols. Where stored, data is protected with industry-standard encryption at rest. Device access is authenticated cryptographically.

4. Data Retention

Lifecycle and deletion of operational data.

Processed message content is ephemeral and retained only as long as necessary for operational delivery. Expired data is automatically and permanently purged.

5. Third-Party Sharing
