Request account deletion
For the TRH360 patient and partner websites and Android and iOS apps: Patient (com.trh360.app), Doctor (com.trh360.doctor), Care Guide (com.trh360.careguide), Lab (com.trh360.lab), Pharmacy (com.trh360.pharmacy) and Field (com.trh360.field), including delivery partners and lab sample collectors. No sign-in is needed to view these instructions. This is a manual request, not immediate self-service deletion.
- Email admin@trh360.com with the subject “TRH360 account deletion request”.
- Include the phone number registered to your TRH360 account, with its country code, and say that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Include the app name or role(s) concerned. If you use more than one role with the same sign-in, explain which access and data you want removed so the administrator can clarify the scope.
- Our administrator will verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request and explain any records that must be retained. Do not send OTPs, passwords or health documents by email.
The button opens your email app with a draft; you must add your app or role and registered phone number and send it. If no email app opens, use the address and subject above in your usual email service. No request is submitted just by visiting this page or pressing the button.
After verification, account/profile information, saved addresses and other personal information no longer needed for a lawful purpose are deleted or anonymised. Medical, prescription, consent, billing and transaction records may be retained where required for care, legal compliance, unresolved transactions or proceedings. Account deletion does not cancel outstanding orders, resolve wallet balances or erase another provider's legally required medical records automatically.
For partner accounts, the review also covers practitioner profiles and registration details, business applications and licence documents, PAN, payout details, team membership, vehicle details, job history, ratings and delivery proof photos where applicable. Verification, accounting and job records may need to be retained for legal compliance, unresolved transactions or disputes. Removing a team member or signing out is not a request to delete the underlying account and associated data.
- Consultation records, prescriptions, reports and consent records: retained until a deletion request, then reviewed against applicable legal retention requirements. There is no automatic fixed-period deletion of these clinical records. Telemedicine guidelines require records for the applicable prescribed period; the NMC's specific three-year rule applies to indoor-patient records from commencement of treatment.
- Raw consultation recordings: a separate 90-day period from call creation, with a cleanup job every 15 minutes deleting eligible recordings once the call has ended. Clinical documentation has its own retention policy. The current recording cleanup has no automatic legal-hold exemption; required preservation must be arranged separately before expiry.
- GST-related accounting records, where applicable: 72 months from the due date of the relevant annual return under section 36 of the CGST Act, with longer retention for applicable proceedings or investigations.
We will explain the categories retained and their applicable retention periods in our response. You may also email a request to delete particular personal data without deleting your account; specify the data you want removed.
See the TRH360 privacy policy for data handling details and links to the medical and tax retention requirements.
